Possible Benefits

What to expect

When you come in for a Vibration Session, you will stand on the platform either in flat shoes or socks.  You can stand on the platform from 2-10 minutes.  As the platform vibrates you hold onto the bars to maintain balance.

The vibration triggers your body into rapidly repeated skeletal muscle contractions.  This then activates and exercises our musculoskeletal system and neuromuscular system, naturally improving their performance and functionality.
