Relaxation

In our busy lives, we frequently forget to take the time to relax.  Stress can affect you both mentally and physically.  Some ways that stress could be impacting you is headaches, high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, skin conditions, asthma, arthritis, depression, and anxiety.

One way to help you relax is with our Dry Float Bed.  A dry floatation session allows you to enjoy the mental relaxation benefits of a traditional float tank without getting wet.  Not only does the floatation help your mind to relax, but your muscles and joints as well.  It imparts a feeling of weightlessness and deep relaxation.

Our Halotherapy booth allows you to take the time to focus on your breathing.  While in the salt booth, your body is breathing clean air, so it is not having to work as hard at cleaning the air.  This allows the body to rest.  In addition, many people find the salt booth the perfect place for meditation to help them achieve an even deeper sense of relaxation.

Our Compression therapy gives a similar feeling to receiving a massage.  The graduated pressure is soothing, relaxing, and calming.

The soothing heat from our Infrared Saunas will help you relieve stress, ease your muscles, and relieve tension throughout the body.  It promotes relaxation by helping to balance your body's level of cortisol, your body's primary stress hormone.  The invigorating deep tissue sweat will leave you feeling refreshed when you leave the sauna.

Our Red Light Bed reduces oxidative stress.  Red light has been shown to soothe the nerves and calm you down.
